Meet Mr. Moore
My name is Scott Moore. I have been the school counselor here at Washington Elementary for 7 years. I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Weber State University and my master’s in education degree in School Counseling from the University of Utah. My wife and I have 3 daughters, 3 sons, 2 sons-in-law, 3 daughters-in-law, and 15 grandchildren. I love to travel the country, watch baseball, and spend time with my family.
I love being a school counselor and am excited to be working here with your children, helping them to achieve the best they can.
I teach Character Education lessons in the classroom throughout the year. I will also meet with students in small groups or individually as is necessary. These are some topics I will focus on in the small social skills groups.
